The one-bedroom condos at One Steamboat Place can accommodate between two and four guests. Most of the one-bedroom units are actually just rented as a part of a larger two or three-bedroom property. Therefore guests benefit from spacious living areas and full kitchens while simply paying for one bedroom. The master bedroom includes a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with double vanity sinks, a deep soaker tub and a shower. Some units also have a sleeper sofa in the lounge to sleep up to two more guests.

The two-bedroom condos vary in size and style and can sleep anywhere between four and nine guests! The simplest units include a master king bedroom and a second twin or double room while the larger condos feature a range of bedding including kings, queens, bunk beds and sleeper sofas. Most condos have one ensuite and 1-1.5 further bathrooms.​ Each unit features a large, modern kitchen with all the appliances and utensils you need for a self-catered stay as well as a breakfast bar and a dining table. The lounge area is spacious and comfortable with a corner sofa, TV, fireplace and leather armchairs.

Accommodating between six and 11 guests, the three-bedroom units are spacious, comfortable and stylish throughout. The smallest condos feature two doubles and one twin room while the larger condos feature additional bunk beds and sleeper sofas. At least one room will include a master ensuite bathroom with a shower, bathtub, double vanity sinks and a dressing table. There are usually 2-2.5 further bathrooms. As with all condos at Steamboat One Place, the kitchen and living areas are large and open-plan with granite surfaces and modern appliances in the kitchen and plush sofas in the lounge. Most units also boast a private balcony.

The four-bedroom condos are the most numerous at One Steamboat Place and come in a huge range of sizes and styles sleeping between eight and 14 guests. All units feature modern kitchens with grantite surfaces and stainless steel appliances, comfortable lounges with large TVs and plush sofas, a desk and computer and most have a private balcony. Bedding varies but may include kings, queens, twins and bunk beds as well as a sleeper sofa in the lounge. At least two of the bedrooms will include a stylish ensuite bathroom and there will be further shared bathrooms for the other bedrooms. Four bedroom penthouses are also available which offer high vaulted ceilings and picture windows.

The five-bedroom condos are luxurious penthouse properties with vaulted ceilings, modern kitchens, comfortable lounges and a range of spacious bedrooms. These units include two or three king bedrooms with stylish ensuite bathrooms with deep bathtubs, showers and double vanity sinks. The other bedrooms may include twins, bunks or sleeper sofas. The lounge features armchairs and corner sofas as well as a large TV and fireplace. There is both a breakfast bar and an eight-seater table for dining and the kitchen includes granite countertops and modern appliances. These penthouses feature outside decks so you can take in the alpine views.
